JOB PURPOSE
Having moved into new premises in Seacroft in 2022, we have expanded our work and are now looking for a new member of staff to join the team. The Services & Operations Manager will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and will work alongside the CEO to ensure that the services provided by Getaway Girls run smoothly and effectively.
The successful candidate will be responsible for line managing the staff in our three key Service areas Youth Work, Safe Space and Complex Needs. The post-holder will also support the Operational aspects of our work including HR (with support from an external specialist company), administration and premises management.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in management in a charitable environment, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of girls and young women. You will have a good eye for detail, be adept at managing a number of different work-streams and have a proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
