Job title - Mechanical Works Controller Duration - 12months Shift patterns - Mon-Fri 40hours per week fully onsite Pay rate - DOE Location - Whitehaven Key Responsibilities Construction Oversight & Compliance * Manage, control, and oversee discipline-specific construction activities in accordance with Construction (Design & Management) Regulations (CDM), ensuring all works are compliant, safe, and effectively executed. * Support the Construction Manager while recognising that overall accountability remains with the Construction Programme Manager. * Ensure all works are carried out in line with TDA procedures, client requirements, and site licence conditions.
