We are looking for Home Care Assistants to attend visits to our clients in Bakewell, Yulegrave & Matlock. Offer companionship, support, and happiness to our clients, all while enjoying the flexibility that comes with working for us. At Home Instead we have minimum 1-hour calls plus suitable travel time to ensure you are not rushed with clients, with mileage reimbursement. We work to match our Care Professionals and clients together so memorable connections can be established. This is a part-time role that will include alternate weekends.
Offering warmth and care during visits.
Help clients cherish their time with you, sharing in activities such as reading or watching favourite TV shows.
Support with personal care tasks such as showering, washing hair, and getting changed.
Taking clients out to places of their choice e.g. the local shops.
Ensure transparent communication with clients and loved ones, offering first-rate care and comfort.
we offer comprehensive in-house training. However, any previous care experience either professional or personal is an advantage.
You must have a full driver's licence and dependable transportation for various duties.
50 per hour, doubled on bank holidays, plus 30p per mile.
