Position: Customer Service Team Leader
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM, with an hour for lunch)
Location: North Tyneside
Salary: £36, per annum

Key Responsibilities:
As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will:
7. Lead and develop a high-performing team of 10-15 individuals across various operational functions.
8. Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and team meetings to nurture individual growth.
9. Oversee the timely completion of operational tasks, ensuring adherence to company processes and regulations.
10. Act as a point of escalation for complex queries and provide empathetic solutions.
11. Champion a proactive customer service culture that meets service levels and KPIs.

13. An excellent customer service ethos, capable of handling sensitive situations with care.
14. Solid understanding of core operational functions and processes.

19. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant operational systems.
Desirable Experience:
20. Previous experience in a Team Leader position.
21. Knowledge of financial services, insurance, or customer-focused industries.
