* Collaborate across SJP in the capturing and sharing of communications plans to build cohesion and drive proactive stakeholder engagement.
* Maintain key outputs for the Head of Corporate Communications and Head of Communication Planning, such as the Comms and engagement calendar – across all audiences and the Corporate message house and key programmatic messages.
* Bring exceptional attention to detail to all tasks and responsibilities, as there are usually several balls to juggle.

What we’re looking for

You will need to be a pragmatic problem solver, a trusted tactician and most importantly, a true team player. This role touches the whole team and lots of senior stakeholders – so we need someone who is passionate about helping the Head of Corporate Communications to build a welcoming, warm and inclusive environment.

Essential Criteria

* Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meetings, and deliverables in a fast paced environment.
* Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality across communications materials, reporting, and operational outputs.
* Collaborative and team oriented approach, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with senior stakeholders and colleagues across the business.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Teams, and Project Online, with a willingness to learn additional systems such as content management platforms.

Desirable Criteria

* Experience or understanding of corporate communications or internal engagement strategy, ideally within a large or complex organisation.
* Knowledge of SJP’s culture, values, and audience segmentation, or a proven ability to quickly develop insight into stakeholder needs and organisational context.

Special Requirements

* Out of hours may be required for reactive, unforeseen circumstances and cyclical business events.
