Salary: Scale SCP: 40 – 43 (£49,431 - £52,805) per annum, Plus Generous Local Government Pension Scheme

The Town Council is seeking an experienced and proactive Town Clerk to lead its operations and strategic initiatives. This pivotal role offers a rewarding challenge – ensuring the Council functions effectively, meets statutory requirements, and delivers exceptional services to the community.
With strong commercial acumen and outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities, you will navigate the complexities of local government while guiding Councillors and partners to remain focused on the needs and aspirations of Swaffham's residents.
