THE OPPORTUNITY
CALLUM is looking for a passionate Social Content Creator to join our growing and dynamic Marketing team. You'll play a key role in producing scroll-stopping content across our social channels - including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook.
You'll collaborate closely with the wider Design and Marketing teams to create innovative, engaging content aligned with our marketing calendar. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social media, is passionate about photography and videography, and has a strong interest in automotive, lifestyle and product design.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a CALLUM Social Content Creator, you will:
* Manage the day-to-day running of CALLUM's social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook
* Take ownership of daily posting, scheduling, tagging, community management and customer responses, ensuring consistency and quality across platforms.
* Manage and create content for a key partnership social media account, aligning with shared goals, tone of voice and content strategy.
* Support the Marketing team in creating engaging, innovative and relevant content both in-house and on location (shoots, workshops, events).
* Assist in the ideation, storyboarding, filming and editing of short and long-form video content for social channels and YouTube.
* Help drive the growth of CALLUM's YouTube presence with compelling long-form stories, behind-the-scenes content and audience-led formats.
* Capture high-quality photography and videography for campaigns, storytelling and day-to-day content needs.
* Edit visual content using Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro and PowerPoint to produce polished, on-brand assets.
* Maintain and update the CALLUM social media content calendar, ensuring content aligns with marketing campaigns and key project milestones.
* Monitor platform analytics and report insights to inform future content.
* Support in developing new social media strategies, testing formats and introducing fresh creative ideas.
* Occasionally work weekends or evenings to cover live events or social content needs.
* Stay ahead of emerging trends, platform features and content innovations to ensure CALLUM remains at the forefront of social creativity.
* Represent the CALLUM brand voice consistently across all platforms.
TALENT REQUIRED
* A graduate or equivalent experience with a passion for social media, digital storytelling and content creation.
* Strong photography and videography skills.
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint).
* Highly creative with great attention to detail and a natural flair for design.
* Confident using social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
* A proactive, flexible and adaptable mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, always-on environment.
* Ahead of trends and enthusiastic about creating reactive, engaging content.
* Comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera when needed.
* Self-motivated with an always-on attitude, ready to capture opportunities as they arise.
