Assistant Management Accountant – Windsor
Grow your finance career with a global, high‑growth business
We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious Assistant Management Accountant to join our Windsor‑based finance team. This is a genuine career‑building opportunity for someone early in their journey — whether you’re a recent graduate or have 1–2 years’ experience and want hands‑on exposure across the full finance lifecycle while progressing through your studies.
Reporting to our Senior Financial Controller, you’ll get involved in the core mechanics of management accounting: prepayments, accruals, inter‑company transactions, multi‑currency work, plus exposure to AP, AR, bank reconciliations, credit cards and expenses (Concur). If you’re an Excel whiz who loves digging into data and finding smarter ways of working, you’ll thrive here.
But above all, we hire for attitude. We want someone who takes initiative, brings strong work ethic, and enjoys being part of a collaborative office environment — because the best learning happens when you’re in the room. With global offices and a team genuinely invested in your development, this is the kind of role where a superstar can make their mark early and grow fast.
