Job Description
* Support with the day-to-day management of the school
* Demand ambitious standards for all pupils, instilling a strong sense of accountability in staff for the impact of their work on pupil outcomes
* Create an outward-facing school which works with other schools and organisations to secure excellent outcomes for all pupils
* Implement a full enrichment programme across the school
* Monitoring progress towards the achievement of the school's aims and objectives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Headteacher at our SEN Specialist School should have:
* A recognised teaching qualification.
* Proven experience in SEN education and leadership.
* A deep understanding of SEN policy and practice.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to inclusive education and pupil achievement.
* The ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team.
