We are looking for a passionate, detailed and organisedEvents Coordinatorto join our team atThe Angel Hotel.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a variety of events including conferences, meetings, weddings, and private events. You will work closely with clients and hotel departments to ensure every event runs smoothly and creates a personalised and memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate events from enquiry through to completion
* Liaise with clients to understand their requirements
* Work closely with Food & Beverage and operational teams
* Ensure events are delivered to a high standard
* Provide excellent customer service throughout the process
* Must be detail oriented and have strong organisational skills
What you’ll be doing:
* Coordinating meetings, conferences, weddings, and private events
* Acting as the main point of contact for guests
* Working with Food & Beverage and operations teams to deliver seamless events
* Ensuring every event runs smoothly and exceeds guest expectations
