Overview
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead products that truly change lives within our Health and Disability area. You will shape product strategy, guide multiple teams, and transform complex services into simple, impactful solutions that support millions of UK citizens.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and communicate product vision and value‑driven roadmaps.
* Lead and mentor product managers and product teams, coaching them to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
* Drive user‑centred design and advocate user insight throughout the product lifecycle.
* Influence and manage stakeholders, building consensus and keeping delivery on track.
* Apply Agile practices to adapt delivery approaches to context and complexity.
* Champion continuous improvement in product maturity and delivery standards.
Qualifications & Skills
* Coaching & mentoring experience with product teams.
* User‑Centred Design fluency – representing user needs in prioritisation decisions.
* Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
* Agile product ownership and delivery expertise.
* Strategic product leadership and ability to set clear, outcome‑driven goals.

* Location: Choose among Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle or Sheffield.
* Hybrid Working: Mix of home and hub collaboration.
* Pay: Competitive up to £80,257.
* Pension: Civil service pension with employer contributions worth 28.97%.
