Smoke Control Engineer – London – £46,000
We are representing a nationwide fire & security company that carries out the full fire & security Services From Design. Install To Maintenance Across The South East, due to sheer growth, they are seeking a smoke control engineer to join their growing team.
Salary Package
* £40,000 - £46,000
* Travel Time Paid After A Hour Each Way Is Given

Responsibilities
* Perform routine inspection, testing, and maintenance of smoke control systems, including:
o Stairwell pressurisation systems
o Smoke exhaust and makeup air systems
o Atrium smoke control systems
o Car park smoke ventilation systems
o Conduct periodic functional testing in accordance with approved smoke control rational analysis, IBC, NFPA 92, and local fire codes.
* Verify operation of:
o Smoke control fans, dampers, actuators, and sensors
o Fire/smoke dampers and motorized control dampers
o Control panels, VFDs, and power supplies
