What you’ll be doing: Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs Encouraging emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies Assisting in creating routines and learning environments that feel safe and predictable Working closely with teachers, therapists, and family teams to deliver joined-up support What we’re looking for: Experience working with children with SEMH, trauma-informed needs, or behaviour support Strong boundaries, warm communication, and a resilient attitude Flexibility, teamwork, and a proactive mindset—ready to adapt when plans change Thrive training or Team Teach is a bonus.
