Plumber – Swindon
Experienced Plumber required on void social housing maintenance works in Swindon for a very busy and well liked maintenance contractor.
Permanent role starting at around £38,000 per annum holiday and van fuel card.
Fortnightly pay.
40 hours per week, 8am-4.30pm
Plumber Day to Day:
1. Work in void social housing properties in Swindon
2. You need to be confident and competent in all aspects of plumbing maintenance
3. Installing bathrooms, sinks, baths, WHB.
4. Working alongside other trades to get properties ready for the next tenant
5. Travelling to various jobs in the company van
6. Reporting to the supervisor on progress
Plumber Requirements:
7. Good plumbing experience
8. Plumbing qualification – desirable
9. Good attitude
10. Honest and reliable
11. Full UK driving license
12. DBS will be carried out
