What will you be doing:
* Acting as a positive role model to uphold Grandir UK values
* Ensuring equal access and opportunity for staff, parents, and children
* Supervising and supporting children at all times
* Maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment
* Preparing and supervising activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified practitioners
* Reading, understanding, and implementing company policies and procedures
* Adhering to updates in policies and practices within required timescales
* Ensuring nursery practices meet the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements
* Reporting concerns regarding policies or practices to your line manager
* Maintaining a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues
* Respecting confidentiality where appropriate
* Attending staff meetings, planning sessions, and training as needed
