About the Role:
1. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of client service and internal sales advisors
2. Be the go-to point for key clients, managing bespoke orders, artwork advice, and personalised solutions
3. Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless order processing and client satisfaction
4. Analyse performance data and implement strategies to optimise team success
5. Collaborate across departments to ensure every client receives a premium experience
About You:
6. Proven experience in client service or internal sales management, ideally in packaging, printing, or manufacturing
7. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
8. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
9. Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
10. Customer-focused, proactive, and solutions-driven
