Senior Client Delivery Manager

Working Hours:
* Hybrid – 2 days in the office 3 at home
* 12pm to 8pm to support your US clients (Flexibility to work 9am to 5pm on your days in the office)
What You’ll Do
* Lead, coach, and mentor Client Delivery Managers to ensure flawless campaign execution and support team development.
* Provide clear direction and support to ensure accountability and high performance across the delivery team.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with US-based clients and internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns that align with your clients goals
* Act as a trusted advisor, aligning delivery outcomes with client objectives and ensuring each campaign adds measurable value.
* Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects - ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of each campaign.
* Monitor and improve KPIs, SLAs, and delivery processes to consistently achieve high-quality results.
* Implement best practices and apply lessons learned to drive continuous improvement in campaign delivery.
* Identify opportunities to standardise campaign delivery features that enhance client value.
* Collaborate across departments to align delivery strategy with business goals and evolving needs.
* Manage campaign delivery budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
What You’ll Bring:
* Previous experience in similar role within client delivery, client services, or project management
* A proven ability to lead and coach teams in a performance-driven environment
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging at senior level
* Budget and commercial awareness, with a proactive, solutions-first mindset
* Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
* Familiarity with project management tools and workflows
