About the Role

What Difference Will You Make?
We are a relatively new charity run entirely by volunteers. We have innovative ideas to help more people donate to various charities. As a Trustee Board member, you will play a key role in developing and launching these ideas across the country.
What Are We Looking For?
* Experience as an office manager, administrator, PA, or similar role as Board Secretary
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* High standard of written English
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude
* Flexible, reliable, and trustworthy
Responsibilities
As Board Secretary for the Better Giving Partnership, you will:
* Attend quarterly board meetings, participate in discussions and decision-making
* Organize meetings, prepare agendas and papers with the Chair and CEO
* Record and produce accurate minutes of meetings
* Maintain governance standards and advise trustees on operational rules
You will also be a trustee guiding the development of our fundraising service, Givto, which has already supported over 150 charities across the UK and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a charity that benefits good causes and donors nationwide.
