Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council – EXAM INVIGILATORS
Casual contract – hours to be agreed during the academic year. Salary: £12.85 per hour.
Invigilators are responsible for the correct running of internal and external examinations in a range of exam rooms.
Responsibilities
* Support the administration and supervision of examinations in accordance with the regulations and examination policies.
* Be proactive in maintaining the smooth running of exams across sessions, including morning, afternoon and any additional mid-morning sessions as required.
* Work effectively as part of a team and in a school environment to support candidates in both large and smaller groups.
* Dress appropriately for a school environment and communicate clearly and professionally.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience is not required, as training will be provided.
* The work is on a casual basis throughout the year, with the majority during May and June.
* Experience of working in a school environment or with secondary aged students is advantageous.
