* Work closely with multidisciplinary team colleagues at the Royal Marsden sites to ensure high‑quality clinical care, equitable service provision and synchronized specialist services.
* Collaborate with the TYA Lead Nurse to develop, implement and evaluate special service provisions, including nurse‑led MDT and transition clinics, and to support continued development of TYA service provision across sites.
* Contribute to the formulation of policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines that underpin clinical practice and standards of care within the TYA service.
* Develop and provide patient information resources, ensuring they are accurate, accessible and tailored to the needs of TYA patients and their families.
* Liaise effectively with all members of the multidisciplinary health‑care team to achieve a synchronized specialist service.
* Provide informal and formal teaching, for patients, staff and carers, including academic courses offered by The Royal Marsden School.
* Participate in and contribute to the weekly TYA MDT meetings, working closely with the TYA MDT coordinator.
* Demonstrate leadership, innovation and clinical expertise to facilitate a holistic, patient‑centred care pathway that is delivered with compassion and safety.
