Due to the location of the hotel, you will need your own mode of transport.

* £35,816 per annum plus circa £2,000 service charge

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
* Running your own section in a 2 AA Rosette kitchen with the highest standards
* Creating seasonal dishes that reflect sustainability and provenance
* Supporting the kitchen's smooth day-to-day operation, with some input into menus
* Collaborating closely with suppliers and producers who care as much as you do
