Zivvi is a newer DTC skincare brand — we're anti-filler, science-backed, and we talk to real women with real under-eye concerns. The founders are experienced operators who move fast and know what good creative looks like.
We're looking for a creative strategist to own the ideation and briefing side of our Meta ad creative — hooks, angles, scripts, concepts. You'll work closely with the founder and hand off to UGC creators and video editors for production.

What you'll be doing
• Research audience pain points and mine VOC (reddit, comments, reviews) for hooks
• Develop creative briefs for UGC creators and video ads — hook, body, CTA, visual direction
• Identify new angles and audiences to test (we have 3 avatar segments to build out)
• Write ad scripts for testimonial, problem-aware, and authority-style formats
• Analyze winning and losing ads to extract learnings and iterate
• Suggest hooks that drive self-selection — the right person clicks, the wrong person scrolls

Requirements
• 2+ years in DTC creative strategy, specifically for Meta ads
• Strong copywriting instincts — you know what stops a scroll
• Experience writing UGC-style scripts and testimonial ad formats
• Understands the difference between a hook problem and a body problem
• Can read ad metrics and connect creative decisions to performance data (CTR, ATC rate)
• Familiar with avatar-based creative frameworks

• Background in beauty, skincare, wellness, or women's health
• Experience with anti-aging, injectables, or cosmetic procedure alternatives
• Has worked with brands running $10k–$100k/month on Meta
