Service Advisor required for a Main Dealership
1. Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire
2. Salary: £28,000 basic | £34,000 OTE (uncapped commission)
3. Hours: Monday to Friday + Saturday morning rota
Our client, a well-established main dealership in Shrewsbury, is looking to recruit an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their successful Aftersales team. 5. Monday to Friday working hours plus Saturday morning rota.

Key Responsibilities for the Service Advisor:
13. Welcoming customers and managing service and repair bookings.
14. Providing accurate estimates and clear service advice.
15. Liaising between the workshop and customers, keeping them informed throughout the process.
16. Upselling additional products and services where appropriate.
17. Managing invoicing and vehicle handovers on completion.
18. Promoting customer surveys and ensuring excellent satisfaction scores.
About You:
19. Previous experience as a Service Advisor or within a similar motor trade customer service role is essential.
20. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
21. Confident using Dealer Management Systems such as Pinnacle, 1Link, or Motability (training can be provided).
22. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
23. A proactive team player with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
24. Full UK driving licence required.
