Join our Global Shared Business Services team and lead high-impact Order to Cash (O2C) transformation programmes across RS Group. This is a brilliant opportunity to drive global change, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver real business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
* Lead end-to-end delivery of global O2C transformation initiatives
* Drive progress, resolve issues, and ensure projects deliver measurable value
* Partner with stakeholders to define scope, align priorities, and accelerate decisions
* Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate workshops to move things forward
* Identify risks and proactively drive solutions
* Embed standardised, scalable ways of working
* Champion change and ensure successful adoption across markets
What You’ll Bring
* Proven project delivery experience in a Shared Services environment
* Experience with O2C
* Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Experience working in complex, global organisations
* Ability to drive momentum and deliver outcomes
* Strong communication, facilitation, and problem‑solving skills
Desirable
* Experience in global transformation programmes
* Project/Change certifications (PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, PROSCI)
* Vendor management or additional languages
