Responsibilities
* Lead and manage an efficient operation of all activities that take place in the Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim, and Families Departments within your DL Club.
* Act as Duty Manager, taking responsibility for the efficient operation of the entire club.
* Recruit, train and empower your team to deliver an exceptional experience to our members, ensuring they bring their A-game to work each day.

About you
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
* Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable departments.
* Overall great communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience of financial planning and management.
* A passion about customer service.
