With strong global momentum and experience working directly with the creative director, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints and drive retail excellence. Role location: London / Paris This strategic role reports into senior leadership and offers exciting scope for creative and career progression. Responsibilities Lead the global VM strategy across retail and wholesale channels. Ensure consistent brand presentation across all store formats. Develop seasonal floor sets, window displays, and in-store visuals. Collaborate with buying, retail, and marketing teams for aligned execution. Manage and mentor a team of regional VM leads. Conduct store visits and VM audits across key markets. Optimise space planning, fixture layouts, and customer flow. Track performance and adapt strategy based on retail insights. Requirements Extensive VM experience in luxury or premium fashion. Strong leadership and team management skills. Creative with a commercial mindset. Global market experience and cultural awareness. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools. Excellent communication and project management skills. Flexible and open to regular international travel.
