Offer description

You will be joining Rushcliffe Care, a company with over 35 years of experience in offering the highest levels of care to our most vulnerable in society. We provide specialist mental health and complex care services across the Midlands, focusing on recovery, dignity, and community inclusion.

About Beaumanor Care Home

Beaumanor Care Home is a purpose-built nursing and residential care home in Loughborough, operated by Rushcliffe Care Group. We provide care and support for up to 53 residents in a safe, welcoming environment. The home features all-ensuite single rooms (many with patio access), spacious communal lounges, large dining areas with canal views, a hair salon, accessible bathing and shower facilities, lift access, and well-maintained gardens with sensory planting and peaceful seating. We place a strong emphasis on person-centred care, working with a dedicated and experienced team, local GPs, and visiting professionals (optician, chiropodist, hairdresser) to meet the individual needs of residents. Regular activities, social engagement and tailored support plans help residents maintain dignity, independence and quality of life.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping our service users live safely, comfortably, and with purpose. You’ll support individuals with their daily routines, personal care, and social activities, and encourage independence wherever possible.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Supporting emotional and physical wellbeing in line with personalised care plans.
2. Encouraging independence, choice, and active participation in daily life.
3. Assisting with medication, meals, and personal care where required.
4. Building positive, trusting relationships that promote stability and confidence.
5. Supporting activities both within the home and in the community.
6. Maintaining accurate care records and effective communication with the team.

All training will be provided, including the Care Certificate if you are new to care. You will also have opportunities to progress through nationally recognised qualifications and internal development pathways.

About You

We are looking for people who are caring, reliable, and motivated to make a difference.

Experience in care is welcome but not essential as full training and shadowing will be provided.

You should:

7. Communicate clearly and work well as part of a team.
8. Be patient, understanding, and respectful at all times.
9. Be flexible to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
10. Demonstrate Rushcliffe Care’s values: Reputable Care, Respect and Compassion, Robust Communication, and Real Commitment.

Join our team at Rushcliffe Care Group and help us continue to provide exceptional care and service to our residents.
