Job description
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the investigation of clinical negligence claims, including obtaining medical records and drafting chronologies.
* Liaising with clients, experts, and counsel.
* Preparing legal documents and correspondence.
* Conducting legal research.
* Supporting fee earners with the day-to-day progression of files.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case management systems.
About You:
* A degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification (LPC/SQE preferred).
* Previous experience in clinical negligence or personal injury law is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A strong eye for detail and a proactive approach to case handling.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong IT skills, particularly in case management systems.
