Remarkable People is seeking a Cleaner to join our team. This role is based in Christchurch City and involves providing high-quality cleaning services to our valued clients. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital part in maintaining a clean, safe and pleasant environment for our customers and staff.
Two shift times available:630am - 3pm (must be available weekends as roster will change weekly)OR10pm - 630am - Friday/Sat/Sun/Monday
You must be able to commit to the job for a minimum of 3 months but up to 6 months.
What you'll be doing
* Carrying out general cleaning duties such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising across a variety of commercial premises.
* Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
* Replenishing consumable supplies as needed.
* Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to the supervisory team.
* Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures.
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role, ideally within a commercial or corporate setting.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently.
* Strong time management skills and the capacity to prioritise tasks
* A proactive, reliable and conscientious approach to your work.
* Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
* A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
* You must be able to pass English test both written and verbal due to H&S.
* Must have your own car, driver licence, clean criminal history check, drug test.
