University Hospitals Dorset are seeking a self motivated friendly and approachable Pensions Administration Assistant to join the Pensions Team within the People Directorate. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate basic computer skills using Microsoft office, be computer literate with excellent attention to detail along with excellent communication skills. Interview Date: 2nd December Main duties of the job The main duties of the role will be answering UHD employee queries via email and phone, or in person. They must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate with all staff members in a friendly and approachable manner. The successful applicant will be responsible for completing administration tasks for the team, including completing forms and updating the payroll and pensions computer systems. The successful applicant should have experience in working in an office environment and possess excellent organisational skills. They must be able to work within a team as well as unsupervised. The post is cross site working at Bournemouth and Poole hospitals, but the main Base Location will be on site at Bournemouth Hospital with a minimal requirement to offer cover at Poole Hospital if the need arises.
