Senior Practice Lead – Adoption & Change Management (ACM) Consulting Practice, Insight EMEA Services
Location: Uxbridge, GB
This hybrid position requires office/client visits three times a week.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and grow a high‑performing ACM practice.
* Provide inspirational leadership to a geographically distributed team.
* Drive a positive, collaborative culture with a strong focus on performance, enablement, and career development.
* Conduct regular performance, coaching, and development conversations, ensuring clear objectives and progression paths.
* Own practice performance and operations.
* Full end‑to‑end responsibility for the ACM services business, including revenue, gross profit, utilisation, and project outcomes.
* Ensure effective resource planning and high utilisation while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
* Oversee delivery excellence across multiple concurrent client engagements.
* Shape and evolve our offerings.
* Build and refine standardised change management offerings, initially focused on Microsoft Copilot adoption and broader Microsoft 365, then expanding to other technologies (e.g., AI, devices, Google Workspace, AWS).
* Identify market demand and emerging trends, and translate them into scalable, repeatable services.
* Work closely with architecture, engineering, and other practices to create end‑to‑end solutions.
* Drive sales and pre‑sales activity.
* Act as a senior change subject matter expert in client engagements, pitches, and workshops.
* Partner with sales and pre‑sales teams to shape proposals, respond to RFPs and close complex consulting deals.
* Support and coach consultants in pre‑sales conversations to build commercial acumen across the team.
* Vendor and stakeholder engagement.
* Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key vendors and partners.
* Collaborate closely with country leaders and EMEA services stakeholders to align strategy and execution.
* Ensure alignment with Insight’s broader services strategy, processes, and standards.
Skills & Experience Required
* Experience in organisational change management, with a strong focus on technology‑enabled change.
* Proven leadership of a consulting practice or services team, including responsibility for P&L/financial targets, utilisation, and delivery.
* Experience in a consulting environment.
* Strong record of pre‑sales and client‑facing work: shaping solutions, responding to proposals, and presenting at senior stakeholder level.
* Demonstrable experience leading and developing high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
* Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills; able to influence at C‑suite level and build trusted relationships.
* Experience delivering successful projects for demanding clients, with high expectations of quality and outcomes.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to oversee multiple complex engagements simultaneously.
* Experience across multiple technology stacks (e.g., Microsoft 365/Copilot, Google Workspace, AWS) and interest in AI, devices, and digital workplace innovation.
* Background in IT services, systems integrators, or large technology consultancies.
* Experience working within a globally diverse environment and a strong commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
* Familiarity with ITIL or project management methodologies and qualifications.
