We are looking for a responsible person to join our team as a Warehouse and logistics administrator. You will be in charge of receiving goods, preparing shipments, communicating with transport companies and tracking orders. What You'll Be Doing
- Receiving incoming goods and verifying their condition
- Preparing outgoing shipments
- Communicating with transport companies to arrange pickups and track deliveries
- Updating inventory records and preparing reports
- Other administrative tasks related to warehousing and shipping
What You'll Bring
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills both written and verbally
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed
- Knowledge of logistics software/systems would be an asset
- Ability to speak multiple languages would be an asset
Based in Wotton, Surrey. Due to site rural location own transport is required
