Reporting To: Senior Cost Manager
Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity available for an Assistant Cost Manager or Cost Manager to join our growing team in Belfast. The role involves working with key clients of RLB’s gaining valuable experience on infrastructure and buildings projects, including but not limited to commercial, healthcare and higher education schemes.
Candidate Profile
Experience
* Proven technical delivery experience on similar projects.
* Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager role in a consultancy environment.
* Client facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery.
* Stakeholder management with a clear focus on developing client accounts.
Qualifications
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline (RICS Accredited).
