An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Senior Planning Lawyer to join a highly regarded Real Estate Planning team within Bristol, known for advising on some of the UK's most iconic developments. This role offers an unrivalled chance to work on a wide range of premium level planning work outside of the city, including major residential schemes, new rail and road projects, airport developments, and waste and mineral projects.
What you'll do:
* Working on consent orders and CPOs.
* Providing advice on planning.
* Analysing environmental statements.
* Supporting the national real estate practice.
What you bring:
* Legal qualification with 5+ years PQE within a planning team.
* Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
* Experience of planning & highway agreements.
* Knowledge of EIA.
