NHS in Knowle is seeking an Operations Manager to assist in managing a growing patient population and workforce. This role involves supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating staff inductions, and providing administrative support to the Practice Manager.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in healthcare, managing teams, and an A-level equivalent education. A leadership qualification is also preferred. Knowledge of basic IT processes will be necessary. This position is based at our GP surgery in South Bristol.
