The role
You will:
* Underwrite Property & Casualty New Business, working within appetite and authority levels
* Build and maintain strong trading relationships with regional brokers
* Negotiate flexibly to maximise conversion rates and profitability
* Support regional growth strategy, delivering against income and profit targets
* Work closely with colleagues across claims, survey and technical teams
About you
We’re looking for someone with:
* 2+ years’ experience in Commercial Underwriting (New Business preferred)
* Strong broker relationships and effective negotiation skills
* Proven ability to deliver results against targets
* A proactive, collaborative and commercial mindset
* Progress toward ACII is advantageous (but not essential)
