We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to work with a busy and vibrant team, undertaking duties as listed below to support a team of over 50 recruitment consultants and the management team. Duties and Responsibilities * Answer the phones and take messages * Process timesheets * Book staff reviews in the diary and process completed forms * Ensure staff HR files are kept up to date (sickness, holiday etc). * Set up IT and phones for new starters as well as print off starter forms. Sending starter forms to the accountant. * Create invoices from placements forms & chase for payment if not paid on time. * Keep the billing spreadsheets up to date * Ensure staff HR files are kept up to date (sickness, holiday etc). * Creating E-shots for marketing purposes * Check and chase timesheets for temps and contractors * Add clients & candidates to the database * Create KPI reports for the business. * Monitoring and ordering office supplies * Any other administrative duties as required, as part of continued development Why join us * A detailed training plan to make you thrive with tons of personal development thrown in. * Buzzing working environment.
