We’re seeking an Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, data-led environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.
The Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll work closely with our Client Services Director to support a range of employer branding, recruitment marketing, and consulting projects. You’ll be the trusted point of contact for clients, helping deliver strategy, optimise campaign performance, and build long-lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main contact for client communications and performance updates
* Analyse campaign data to extract insights and drive improvement
* Shape and refine recruitment strategies for each project
* Build and maintain strong client relationships via email, calls, and meetings
* Manage creative briefs and coordinate with our strategic partners
* Address client queries and concerns with professionalism and care
* Support brand-building, partnerships, and marketing initiatives
* Help organise and lead workshops, presentations, and events
* Conduct media research and prepare tailored attraction schedules
