The Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our UK team and take end-to-end ownership of a portfolio of global consumer electronics brands across multiple e-commerce channels. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role with direct responsibility for performance, growth, and brand execution.
The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, managing their brands as standalone businesses while collaborating closely with internal operations, finance, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Full 360° ownership of assigned consumer electronics client accounts
* Inventory planning, purchasing, management, and accountability
* Managing, servicing, and growing accounts across platforms including Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok, and others
* Acting as a strategic partner to clients by setting priorities, defining growth strategies, and delivering measurable results
* Driving revenue, margin performance, and sustainable growth while protecting brand positioning
* Managing and optimising PPC and performance marketing budgets (e.g. Amazon Ads, eBay Ads)
* Analysing large datasets to identify opportunities, risks, and performance drivers
* Producing accurate weekly and monthly performance reports, forecasts, and commercial insights
* Monitoring market trends and competitive activity, responding proactively to changes
* Troubleshooting operational, commercial, or platform-related issues to ensure uninterrupted trading
* Collaborating with finance teams on invoicing, payments, and stock flow management
* Coordinating with internal operations and back-office teams to support account performance
* Occasional travel for client meetings as required
In essence, you will run your assigned brands as independent commercial units within the wider VYPER organisation.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
* Proven experience in Account Management, preferably within e-commerce or consumer electronics
* Strong hands-on Amazon experience (Seller or Vendor Central); competency will be assessed
* Experience with additional marketplaces such as eBay is highly advantageous
* Demonstrable PPC and performance marketing experience (Amazon Ads, eBay Ads, Google Ads)
* Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large and complex datasets
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy
* A proactive, self-starter mindset with entrepreneurial drive
* Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving, and sometimes unstructured environment
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
