Job Title: Field Service Technician Level 1
Location: Bathgate
Salary: £27,718 per annum
Full-Time: Permanent

What You'll Do
* Deliver, install, and de-install rental equipment and accessories (hoses, cables, manifolds)
* Carry out mechanical repairs and regular maintenance
* Conduct inspections and assist with loading/unloading
* Be the on-site customer contact for smaller projects and support larger installations
* Uphold the highest safety standards and maintain accurate documentation
What We're Looking For
* Secondary vocational education or equivalent experience
* Mechanical/technical aptitude or prior experience in a similar role
* Valid UK drivers license & forklift license
* Safety certification (e.g. VCA**, SCC) preferred
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Flexibility and a proactive, hands-on attitude
* Willingness to travel and work occasional overnight shifts
Working Conditions
* Both indoor and outdoor environments
* Includes working at height and in varied weather conditions
* PPE provided and required at all times
