SEND & SEMH Education Roles – Teachers & Support Staff (Hailsham Area)
This is a primary and secondary SEMH school where pupils require high levels of structure, consistency and emotional support to access education.
The work can be challenging, but staff describe the environment as friendly, supportive and team-focused. Behaviour is managed collaboratively, and no one is expected to handle difficult situations alone.
We are looking to connect with both teachers and support staff who are interested in meaningful, rewarding work supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs.

Experience in SEMH is beneficial but not essential. Training and ongoing support are provided.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
