A long‑established digital marketplace is hiring a Senior Acquisition Manager to lead and reshape its Acquisition function across multiple European markets. This is a senior, hands‑on role for someone who can set strategy, execute directly, and drive measurable growth across paid, organic, offline, and emerging search channels. What You’ll
* DoOwn the multi‑channel acquisition strategy across paid search/social, SEO, AEO, programmatic, affiliates, creator‑led and offline channel
* s.Take hands‑on control of paid media execution across Google PMax, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Criteo, and mor
* e.Run structured experimentation to improve CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and LTV/CA
* C.Oversee SEO & AEO performance, partnering closely with the SEO & AEO Manage
* r.Build dashboards, analyse performance, and present insights to senior leadershi
* p.Collaborate with Brand, Product, Tech, BI and Data to optimise journeys and attributio
* n.Manage and develop one direct report, fostering a high‑performance cultur
