Job Description - Insurance | Finance | Business Development | Customer Service | Insurance Executive

We are looking for a Customer Services Executive to join our established and respected insurance broking team. You will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our existing client base, handling a wide range of queries related to their insurance policies.

The focus of this role will be to assist existing customers by maintaining and updating any insurance policy held, conducting business development and other promotional activities. A successful candidate will be experienced in building customer rapport, providing outstanding customer service, and providing customers with well-informed advice whilst ensuring both the firms and their own regulatory obligations are adhered to.

In this role, you will be a crucial point of contact, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a desire to build long-term client relationships.

Working as part of a team, the successful candidate will be encouraged to take responsibility for their own performance. This is predominately a phone-based role taking inbound calls from new and existing customers.

Duties include:

* Assisting customers who have questions about their Insurance Policy.
* Servicing existing clients.
* Contributing towards the office targets.
* Processing customer payments and fielding finance enquiries
* Dealing with credit control for clients whose payments are in arrears
* Assisting with shortfall action processes for cancelled insurance policies
* General administrative duties.
* Report writing.
* Assisting the Head of Department

Essential Requirements:

* Respond positively to customer requests.
* Take responsibility and ownership for the resolution of customer queries.
* Achieve and exceed targets/objectives.
* Have good computer skills.
* Have an eye for detail.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Computer literate.
* Insurance experience would be an advantage, but not essential, for this role.
