The Role: Property Assistant
This is an opportunity to join a busy, thriving residential property team handling a broad range of conveyancing matters. You’ll work closely with experienced fee earners and have exposure to varied and interesting caseloads, including:
* Freehold and leasehold transactions
* Sales, purchases, and remortgages
* Transfers of equity
* Shared ownership matters
* New build transactions
Your role will involve assisting with file progression, preparing documentation, liaising with clients and third parties, and ensuring smooth day-to-day management of matters.

Candidate Requirements
