3. Oversee all financial reporting and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
4. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
5. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
6. Supervise and mentor the accounting team to maintain efficiency.
7. Collaborate with key stakeholders to analyse financial performance and provide insights.
8. Implement and improve financial controls and procedures.
9. Ensure the timely submission of tax returns and compliance with tax laws.
10. Work closely with external auditors during the audit process.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Controller should have:
