Based in an environment where no two days are the same, we have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our Head Office team, as a Customer Service Agent. Ideally possessing qualities including curiosity, drive, enthusiasm and a passion for the recovery industry, this role could be perfect for you
The Role:
Our operational team are undertaking a challenging and thought provoking workload, so you will be responsible for supporting this function as well as maintaining relationships with clients, and providing an excellent customer service experience. Your main duties are:
* Call Handling, being the first point of contact to answer phones with other colleagues in the team.
* Email Handling, addressing queries in a timely manner.
* Quoting Work, for any vehicle requiring recovery or roadside assistance that falls out of contractual agreements.
The role is mostly centred on a call handling and would suit an individual who thrives on providing strong customer service.
Shift:
Four-on, Four-off, including weekends and bank holidays, 08:00am - 20:00pm.
Pay:
Starting amount of £27,068.40 per annum (subject to annual increases)
Bonus entitlement of £100.00 per month subject to meeting criteria.
Holiday:
20 days annual leave per annum (no bank holiday entitlement).
There are opportunities for overtime too
Preferably, the right candidate will demonstrate the following practices:
* An understanding of commercial, light, industrial and family vehicles, such as articulated Lorries, rigid body trucks and so on.
* Computer literacy
* Previous experience in a call centre
