We are a privately owned 21 bedroom coaching inn in the centre of Tetbury and we are looking for an experienced duty manager to join our team. We aim to offer guests a high quality stay in stylish, comfortable rooms with great atmosphere. Our hospitality is relaxed, friendly, informal but professional. We are looking for someone with good experience in hospitality preferably from a similar environment used to working in a team. ideally you will enjoy the customer interaction and the hospitality environment. The job does involve weekend and evening work and we are looking for candidates who want to take on responsibility for which they will be rewarded.
The ideal candidate will be eager for progression within the hospitality sector and looking for rapid promotion to senior management and overall venue responsibility.
The role is hands on, you will be required to run the bar during service, reception duties, such as answering the phone, responding to emails and cashing up. Hotel duties include interacting with hotel guests at check in and check out, problem solving and staff management, training will be provided. Share of tips and service charge will enhance the package considerably. Accommodation is available if required, this would be in your own room with en-suite bathroom, TV, and shared use of a kitchen free of charge. The hourly rate may be higher, depending on experience.

Qualifications
* Experience in a hotel setting
* Strong background in guest services
* Demonstrated skills in a hospitality environment
* Previous experience in a duty manager role is preferred
* Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously with attention to detail

* Daily hotel operations including Bar, Restaurant and Reception to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional guest experiences.
* Prioritize guest services, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Uphold hospitality standards, uphold hotel policies, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.
