We’re partnering with a fast-growing Web3 & cybersecurity advisory firm operating at the forefront of digital asset regulation, compliance, and security governance.
This is a unique opportunity to join as an early-stage hire, working directly with a highly experienced leader and gaining exposure across both:
🔐 Internal security governance
🌐 External Web3 regulatory advisory
If you’re coming from a consulting / IT audit / GRC background and want to break into Web3 — this is one of the best entry points in the market.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
🔐 Internal Security & Governance
* Support SOC 2 & ISO 27001 compliance activities
* Maintain policies, controls, and security documentation
* Assist in audit preparation & evidence collection
* Track risk registers and remediation processes
* Help ensure compliance with GDPR and global data standards
🌐 Web3 Compliance & Advisory
* Research global crypto regulations (MiCA, FATF, etc.)
* Support gap analyses & regulatory readiness assessments
* Assist in delivering client-facing compliance reviews
* Contribute to AML / cybersecurity advisory projects
* Help shape new services aligned with emerging regulations
✅ What We’re Looking For
Must-have experience
* 2–4 years in:
* Information Security / GRC / IT Audit / Technology Risk
* Exposure to:
* SOC 2 and/or ISO 27001 audits
* Strong ability to:
* Interpret regulations
* Map controls to requirements
* Perform assessments & gap analysis
