Internal Sales Executive (B2B / Technical Sales / Building Services)

The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an Internal Sales Executive / Sales Executive / Telesales Executive / Account Manager to join a growing and supportive sales team.
You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activity, developing B2B relationships and supporting key accounts within the building services and contractor market.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in technical, engineering, construction or manufacturing-led sales environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop relationships with M&E contractors, installers, engineers and merchants
* Drive sales through proactive outbound calls and inbound enquiries
* Prepare and follow up on quotes, pricing and sales orders
* Provide product guidance and customer support
* Collaborate with field sales and internal teams to achieve targets
* Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
* Coordinate orders, deliveries and project updates
* Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling and cross‑selling
Key Skills & Experience
* ✅ Experience in internal sales / telesales / account management / B2B sales
* ✅ Background in technical, engineering, manufacturing, HVAC or construction sectors (preferred)
* ✅ Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* ✅ Confident, professional and target‑driven approach
* ✅ Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipelines
* ✅ Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* ✅ Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
