Teaching Personnel is delighted to be recruiting for an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a fantastic secondary school in the Poole area. We are looking for a motivated and inspirational individual with a genuine passion for transforming the life chances of young people. This is an exciting opportunity to gain classroom experience across a range of subjects, including PE.
An interest in sport and/or coaching experience would be an advantage, but it's not essential. Many of our previous Cover Supervisors have gone on to secure teacher training placements—this could be the ideal stepping stone for your future in education.
We are looking for someone who will:
* Supervise classes for absent teachers across the curriculum
* Assist students with the work set by the teacher or head of department
* Provide feedback on student behaviour and progress
* Promote and safeguard the welfare of all children and young people in line with safeguarding policies

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
